There is no limited on RoW as to how many characters you can have. However, the activity guidelines are that you must be able to post once a week. You can have as many characters as you want, but if you do not post once a week with each character, that character will be removed. If this privilege is abused (consistent inactivity/removal/rejoining), you will be asked to limit yourself to one or two characters. We believe that you are capable of monitoring yourself, so keep as many as you can post actively with. Remember it's better to have one very active character than two barely active ones!
