Setting of Relic Lore
About the location of the game, such as the typical territory, the typical weather to expect and other information.
The setting of Relic Lore....
The vast majority of Relic Lore (as referred to by wolves) is based in a forest that encompasses the current entire playing area within RoW. Relic Lore is a very vast, expansive area that can take several days to cross for the whole area, though it is not all discovered yet. It is very easy to get lost within the tall, seemingly never-ending forest. Though forest terrain engulfs a large part of Relic Lore it is not short of diverse terrain, such as the mountains and large bodies of water that also contribute to Relic Lore. The area itself is very lush and full of life, which is why it has managed to survive and flourish for so long.
Relic Lore is based in a fictional location in northern Canada, so climate wise and flora wise you should expect similar properties to the real-life area, which will be explained in more depth below. Likewise the fauna and, more specifically, species of wolf that you may find around or those able to adapt to the northern Canada area are also to be expected in the forest. For now the wolves of Relic Lore have explored a few territories which vary in size and terrain, however more adventurous wolves may wish to delve deeper into the seemingly never ending Forest...
