The Chaotic Evil Character. (The Psychopath).
Chaotic Evil is referred to as the "Destroyer" or "Demonic" alignment. Characters of this alignment tend to have no respect for rules, other people's lives, or anything but their own desires, which are typically selfish and cruel. They set a high value on personal freedom, but do not have any regard for the lives or freedom of other people. They do not work well in a pack structure as they resent being given orders, and usually behave themselves only out of fear of punishment.
It is not compulsory for a Chaotic Evil character to be constantly performing sadistic acts just for the sake of being evil, or constantly disobeying orders just for the sake of causing chaos. They do however enjoy the suffering of others, and view honor and self-discipline as weaknesses.
Chaotic evil characters believe their alignment is the best because it combines self-interest and pure freedom.

The Chaotic Evil Pack.
The members of a chaotic evil pack live in abject fear because of the unpredictable and horrific situations continually placed upon them. In a chaotic evil hiearchy, pack members are ruled by, and live in fear of, those more powerful than themselves. Leaders usually call upon high-ranking Seconds who obey them mainly out of fear. Members continually look for ways to gain power or keep the power they've got. Assassination or the means of a volatile fight/rank challenge is an accepted method of advancement, along with coups, conspiracies, and purges. Some members are often used as pawns in political power games, only to be eliminated when the members themselves become a threat.
